Terms of Service

1. What we do
Prime Motion Restore (“we,” “us”) reviews the credit reports you provide, identifies information that may be inaccurate, unverifiable, or subject to dispute under federal law (including the Fair Credit Reporting Act), and prepares custom dispute documentation addressed to the credit bureaus. Depending on your plan, we also provide priority processing, review calls, and case tracking through our client portal.
We are a documentation and case-preparation service. We are not a law firm, and nothing we provide is legal advice. You may dispute information on your credit reports yourself, directly with the bureaus, at no cost.
2. No guaranteed outcomes
Credit bureaus and furnishers — not us — decide the outcome of every dispute. We do not guarantee that any item will be deleted, corrected, or blocked, and we do not guarantee any change to your credit score. Any statements on our site about federal timelines (such as the 4-business-day response window for documented identity theft disputes under FCRA § 605B) describe the obligations the law places on bureaus, not a promised result.
3. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, truthful information and authentic documents
- Only dispute information you believe in good faith to be inaccurate, unverifiable, or unauthorized
- Provide the required documents (credit reports, photo ID, proof of address) promptly
- Keep your contact information current so we can reach you about your case
Knowingly disputing accurate information or submitting false documents is prohibited and may be unlawful. We may close, without refund of work already performed, any case we reasonably believe involves falsified documents.
4. Payment
Displayed plan prices are quotes. No payment is due during signup. We do not request or collect fees for contracted credit-repair services before those services are fully performed and any additional legal payment conditions are satisfied. Payment methods are available only after processor approval.
A separate written service agreement and the required disclosures and cancellation forms must be provided before services begin. This website page does not replace that agreement.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel without penalty or obligation before midnight of the third business day after signing your service agreement. Use the cancellation notice provided with that agreement or contact us — just email us at admin@primemotionholdings.com. Services will not begin before that cancellation period expires. Any later cancellation and payment obligations are governed by your agreement and applicable law.
6. Refund policy
- Delivery guarantee: if we fail to prepare and submit your dispute letters within your plan’s stated timeframe after receiving your complete documents and completion of the required contract and cancellation steps, you are entitled to a full refund.
- Outcome-based refunds: we cannot issue refunds based on bureau decisions or score changes, because those outcomes are outside our control.
7. Consumer disclosures
Before purchasing, please read the Consumer Credit File Rights disclosure, which describes the rights you have under state and federal law — including your right to dispute directly with the bureaus for free.
8. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these website terms waives or limits rights, remedies, or protections that cannot lawfully be waived under the Credit Repair Organizations Act or other applicable law.
